"Great concept for a store, even though I was never into deli meats even before going vegan. I went there specifically to buy Neggst (plant-based egg alternative). Just one point of feedback: I was really underwhelmed by the service. When I came to the counter to pay, the employee barely said hello, then took the products and went into the back for a couple of minutes without saying a word. I was like... okay, what's going on? They then came back without explaining anything and I paid for the items (turned out the display boxes had been switched for the actual items, which were cold in my hands). I assumed they were to be kept in the fridge and just put them in my bag for a couple of hours, didn't think much of it since it wasn't a warm day. Only later, when I read the box, I realised Neggst is in fact supposed to be kept frozen and, if defrosted, should be consumed within 3 days. I don't think it's good enough that this wasn't communicated to me directly, especially as these are speciality items that are not cheap. I didn't walk out feeling appreciated as a customer or like the employee cared about the items. Nevertheless, I wish the store all the best and will probably be back to buy more Neggst."
